Walsall Music Education Hub and BIMM Institute Birmingham are working in partnership to bring you a song writing competition where the winner will have their song recorded, professionally, at their studios in BIMM Institute Birmingham.

Entries should be sent my mp4 (if a video) or mp3 (if audio) to Steph Dufty

Remember to include your name and school.

Entries are welcomed from anyone in education in Walsall up to the age of 18.  We envisage KS3-5 entries but if you are a strong Year 6 songwriter do not be put off and get in touch.

Launch Workshop 

To kick start this competition, Jonny Amos from BIMM Birmingham held an Intro to Song Writing Workshop at our Wednesday Music Centre on 25^th January at 6.30pm.  Many students attended this free event which lasted about 90 minutes.
