Senior Strings
Rehearsals are on Tuesdays, 7.15-8.30pm, Music Room 1, at Walsall Arena and Arts Centre.
The ensemble is aimed at students who have passed their Grade 5.
The Senior Wind Band is the step up from our intermediate ensemble, Phoenix Strings. This band encourages students who have passed their Grade 5 (or students or play at this level) to join. Similar to our other String groups, this group welcomes all string players (Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass).
Along with all Music Centre groups, Senior Strings performs regular concerts throughout the year, giving the young musicians fantastic opportunities to perform to friends and family, and helping them to develop confidence as a performer.
