We kindly request that parents and carers of all young musicians that take part in our Music Centre activities (both Tuesday and Wednesday evening) fill out one of our Music Centre Registration forms. 

Whilst these should already have been given out at rehearsals, if you need another copy, please download this PDF and return it to your ensemble leader.
