Here we have a lovely performance of a class of year 3 at Bentley West presenting their take of a storm at sea.
After discussing the picture, thinking about what might happen before and after what you can 'see', the class chose a simply binary structure, focussing on unpitched instruments for the 1st section, and pitched for the 2nd.
Listen to how the music swells, mimicking the rolling of the waves with moments of quiet. It ends focussing on the serene calmness of the moon, poking through the clouds.
